Werkdonken Business Park is easily accessible via the A27 motorway. Within a few minutes you are also on the A59.
Location
The business park is located in the northeast of Breda between the new Waterdonken (Teteringen) district and the existing Charles Petitweg Business Park.
The northern strip of Werkdonken is located on the De Waterakkers water feature.

Availability
A number of plots are still available on the Werkdonken Business Park. On the map left, you can clearly see the location of the plots. There are still several plots available on the water, ranging in size from 1,000 m2 to almost 2,000 m2.
There is still a number of plots available varying in size from 1,800 m2 to 3,300 m2 on the south side of the Arduinstraat.
